Let me introduce myself
Hi, I’m Lisa McCormick, and I’m so happy our paths have crossed!
Let me take a moment to introduce myself, and then I’d love to give you the chance to do the same.
Okay, so here’s my water cooler speech. It still needs work, but hey, I’ll give it a try:
My life is all about music and has been ever since I can remember, really.
At this point, that takes shape in three primary ways:
I am a singer/songwriter and guitarist who has toured and recorded my own original music far and wide.
I am a guitar instructor whose private teaching studio became so popular, that I have migrated the bulk of my teaching onto the Internet. I now interact with thousands of students worldwide. I find this fascinating and thrilling!
I am a cheerleader (sorry, no pom poms) for guitar learners. A trained educator, I am fascinated by the learning process, especially in adults. I am a huge fan of adult beginners, honoring them for the energy, dedication, and faith it takes to learn something new. Bravo!
